Studio’s Terms & Conditions
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, NO SHOWS
24 HOURS cancellation policy applies. Past 24-hour booking must be rescheduled within 12 hours, via the booking system.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. When cancelled within this window, your class credit will be returned to your account for future use.
• Late Cancellations / No Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your class (including no-shows) will not be eligible for a credit.
• Refunds
Please note that we do NOT offer refunds on classes, packages, or sessions. Instead, eligible cancellations will receive class credit to be used towards a future booking.
• Class Credits
Class credits from cancellations remain on your account and can be applied to any future class, subject to availability.
By booking a class, you agree to this cancellation policy.
You may RESCHEDULE each session UP TO 12 hours prior to the start of your session FREE of charge, via the booking system.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. No refunds will be issued.
If you fail to notify the instructor of your absence prior to your session, you will be deemed as a NO-SHOW. No refunds will be issued.
In case of emergencies and/or unexpected circumstances please, feel free to message me and I will happily hold your appointment and reschedule it.
Injuries and illness
If you're injured or have a condition that will make physical exercise more difficult, please consult your doctor before attending, and ensure you let your instructor know of this.
If you are feeling unwell/sick or ill, please refrain from attending your class and get in touch with me.
