Studio’s Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, NO SHOWS

  • 24 HOURS cancellation policy applies. Past 24-hour booking must be rescheduled within 12 hours, via the booking system.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. When cancelled within this window, your class credit will be returned to your account for future use.

    •    Late Cancellations / No Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your class (including no-shows) will not be eligible for a credit.

    •    Refunds

Please note that we do NOT offer refunds on classes, packages, or sessions. Instead, eligible cancellations will receive class credit to be used towards a future booking.

    •    Class Credits

Class credits from cancellations remain on your account and can be applied to any future class, subject to availability.

By booking a class, you agree to this cancellation policy.

  • You may RESCHEDULE each session UP TO 12 hours prior to the start of your session FREE of charge, via the booking system.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. No refunds will be issued.

  • If you fail to notify the instructor of your absence prior to your session, you will be deemed as a NO-SHOW. No refunds will be issued.

  • In case of emergencies and/or unexpected circumstances please, feel free to message me and I will happily hold your appointment and reschedule it.

Injuries and illness

  • If you're injured or have a condition that will make physical exercise more difficult, please consult your doctor before attending, and ensure you let your instructor know of this.

  • If you are feeling unwell/sick or ill, please refrain from attending your class and get in touch with me.
